Jules Madere Creative Jewelers has the distinction of being the longest standing
fine jewelry business in Baton Rouge,
from its beginnings in 1948, when Jules Madere
opened his first
jewelry shop in downtown Baton Rouge. He always
sought to
provide the discriminating jewelry client with
superbly designed and crafted custom pieces.
In 1963; due to increased demand for his high quality pieces and
exceptional service;
Jules Madere opened a new shop, Jules Madere Creative Jewelers.
Jules’s son and two daughters
joined the business in the late 1960’s.
